The use of 3D Visualisation in design has been evolving for decades and is now integrated into society through film, retail, marketing and much much more. Visualisation surrounds you and probably goes unnoticed in most instances unless you have an interest in the field. Brochures, websites, television adverts and social media campaigns all contain an ever increasing use of 3D. Marketers and product developers have quickly learned the value of 3D visualisation and the flexibility that it offers its users compared to the physical production of their products or design concepts.

Certain projects such as residential and commercial property development require promotion and/or marketing prior to the construction being completed to facilitate interest in the project. 3D Visualisation is a key piece of marketing material as most interested parties are not able to visualise how the project will appear once complete without reference images. Through the use of CGI, animation and 3D floor plans a potential purchaser has a far greater potential to buy in to a development.
